The number of weekly sessions depends on many factors (e.g., your goal, training experience, availability, etc.), so I can’t give a definite answer without first talking with you. The minimum recommended number of sessions is 2 per week. For most people, 3-4 sessions a week will be optimal, but I’ll need to speak with you to determine the best plan for you.
It depends on your preferences. If you'd like to do additional training sessions on your own, I can help you plan them and create a dedicated training plan for you.
You can reschedule your training session if you inform me at least one day in advance. If the training is canceled at the last minute, it will be treated as if it took place. In case of longer illness or vacation, the sessions can be postponed and used at a later time. You can freeze your cooperation if needed.

Regular personal training sessions are considered a full, holistic service, including dietary, supplementation, and health monitoring.
